Canada Customers

Unfortunately, we have been impacted by post strike too and all orders were either held at customs or the shipping was delayed. Even though we are doing everything we can to speed things up, please bear in mind this is out of our control and delays are to be expected on all orders.
We are happy to confirm that most of our suppliers have now restored shipment to Canada and all orders will be dealt with as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

PRODUCT

Unlike the biggest players on the market, we are selling directly to you. We have cut out the middle man, which means a higher quality product at a lower cost. Moreover, we don't have any super high paid executives, expensive real-estate or stock holders. All this enables us to eliminate all the CRAZY markups and margins that others charge.

Sizing charts are located in the product descriptions and are to be used as a guide only. Our customer care team can always assist you with any sizing and fit queries you might have so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Order

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order processed and additional  2-4 days to be shipped out and to receive your tracking number. In some very rare cases such as potential fraud detection, it may take longer and this is completely out of our control. Please note order number (#HF format) is not tracking number and therefore won't work with our "Track Your Order" service.You will receive your tracking updates via email or sms, depending on your preference during the checkout. If you did not receive your tracking number, please be sure to check your Spam and Promotions tab. If you still didn't receive it within 9 days of ordering, please email us at support@hype-fashion.com and we will investigate as soon as possible.

Since we have a large assortment of products that may not always be stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product (or a tracking number) a few days before the rest of the products.

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only - for the purpose of ordering your items. After that, your credit card information is purged.

Absolutely! Even though we do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience, it may happen that you do not like the product or the product is damaged. In such case, please do contact us immediately and we will get it addressed!

Shipping

Thanks to our above standard supplier relationships, we are able to ship directly to the customer whilst providing 100% FREE shipping and significantly lower prices than those of our competitors! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times (however the US shipping only takes about 12-30 days). Despite this, we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to process, and an additional2-4 days to be shipped out and to receive your tracking number. For domestic orders in the United States, shipping will normally take about 12-30 days. For International orders, please allow up to 3-4 weeks.

Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if the product does not meet your expectations. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges. Please be sure to see our size chart listed on each individual product for accurate sizes. Some of our products are sourced from Asia and those sizes differ from U.S/Euro sizes.

We cannot guarantee that we can cancel orders. Please email us within 1 hour of completing your purchase. If longer than 1 hour has passed we cannot guarantee that we can stop your order from being shipped in time. As we take pride in shipping orders out immediately.
