Refund & Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3-5 business days upon receipt of your order to be processed and additional 2-4 business days to be shipped out and to receive the tracking number. Please be aware that this time is additional to overall delivery time.
US Delivery time generally takes between 12 to 30 business days. International Shipping generally takes 12-60 days depending on which country we are shipping to. There is also an option to pay extra for Expedited Delivery which usually takes 3-14 days.
Some item will be shipped from our international warehouse to provide our customers the lowest possible order total. In the product description, this is clearly indicated on such items. We successfully ship international orders on time and without problem to many happy customers throughout the world. The estimated shipping time with international orders is from 12-60 working days. Times provided do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing and packaging. Please be aware that delivery times provided are all estimates. Please allow a minimum 30 day window to receive your item
Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and customs may delay deliveries in some instances. Please contact us if you have not had any tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ORDER. Please make sure to verify your purchase prior to checkout. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING ACCOMPANIED BY PRINTED RECEIPT. IF ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION, AN EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO RETURN ITEM IN THE CONDITION RECEIVED [No STAINS or DAMAGES] .We only accept even exchanges, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.

RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE. RETURN REQUESTS NOT SUBMITTED WITHIN THE NOTED TIMEFRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE WRITE “RETURN” IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL. IF YOU DO NOT DO SO, YOUR EMAIL MAY BE OVERLOOKED. HYPE-FASHION.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS.
We allow returns for store credit within two weeks from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We currently do not accept returns for refunds. Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. Lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits/bathing suits, accessories, and white items are ALL final sale.We do not accept returns.
If something is ordered in an incorrect size and you wish to return the items, we cannot exchange the item unless it is damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our size charts and measure yourself carefully for correct sizing. Also note, our sizing chart will be listed in the product description. However, there are no universal sizing chart and product sizing may vary by product vendor.
We will only accept returns on items damaged in transit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of damage.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without emailing us first. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Store credits are only available on (damaged) goods upon arrival. Customer must contact Hype Fashion within 2 days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damage, or evidence of missing goods. Please email us email@example.com as soon as possible with images attached. Please email as soon as possible. We will not accept claims if more than 2 days has passed from delivery date. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, email us before taking any action.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any items being returned.
Please note, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages that are stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility is on the customer.
